In this class you will be introduced to some essentials oil and plants, methods of application, medicinal and therapeutic properties and chemistry. You will make a personal product to take home. Make Lotions and Potions: Using Essential Oils and Plants In this class you will have the opportunity to make enriching hand creams, lip balms, room sprays, bath salts and more. You will gain some knowledge of essential oils and plants. Learn about surfactants and how to give your products a longer shelf life. Discover the beauty of creating blends with essential oils by considering their top, middle and base notes. This is a fun class that teaches you blending skills and it gives you ideas to create for yourself and your friends. It does help if you know a little about essential oils prior to class. |

Herbal and Essential Oil blends for Everyday Needs In this class we will discuss the plants and essential oils that are helpful for conditions such as: insomnia, over-thinking, anxiety, stress, exhaustion, toothaches, stomachaches and more. We will discuss how to make your own teas, tinctures and essential oil blends to help with these conditions. We will also practice making teas, tinctures and an essential oil blend for you to take home. |

Summer Harvest – Come Celebrate Summer with the Plants! Join us on this first day of summer to gather some herbal healing wisdom for you and your family. We'll make fresh plant medicines including teas, fresh honey extracts, and vinegar and brandy tinctures using fresh herbs from the garden. We will join in a circle to honor traditions that deepen our connection with nature. We will make a prayer stick as a meditative tool and a way to show our appreciation to "mother nature and the sun." |

Creating a Ceremony for Animals This class is designed to teach you how to use plants and essential oils as a blessing and healing practice for your animals. You will learn the art of ceremony, plant brushings, healing herbal baths, sacred oils and plants. These techniques can be used with your animals as a blessing, for a celebration, during an illness, in health, and in their passing. At the end of the class we will perform a ceremony for you and your animals. |

| This workshop will advance your knowledge of working with plants, essential oils and animals. You will learn a more in-depth look at working with the basic principles of the art and science of essential oils and how to work with animals using essential oils. In this class you will learn: | |
| • | Essential Oils: Medicinal and Therapeutic qualities |
| • | Methods of application: inhalation and topical |
| • | Chemistry of essential oils and safety – how to work with this knowledge |
| • | Learn 11 meridians used in Applied Kinesiology for deciding the correct oils for animals |
| • | Dosage, application – will have hands on practice |
| • | How to present the oils to animals – you will learn how to understand what the animal wants |
| • | Will be paired up and work on your own animal from start to finish and share what you learned with the class |
| • | Working with other animal care givers and their Veterinarians |
| • | You will leave with a good knowledge of how to work with animals |

Winter Health You will learn about plants and essential oils that help you through the winter months on a mental and physical level. This class is mostly hands-on. We will be making lots of herbal tonics to support you and your family through the winter months and an essential oil "mental health remedy." So be prepared to create and have fun in a community like environment while making your "earth medicines." |
